PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusing type warning light bar with sign excellent in light warning function, sound warning function, and sign indication function, and also excellent in aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: This light warning light bar comprises a laterally extended casing 4 formed by laterally continuously joining a laterally extended flat light transmitting globe 3 with lateral extended flat housings 2. A speaker part A and a sign part B are disposed at the middle position of the casing 4 on the front and rear sides, and light warning parts C are disposed at both the longitudinal end parts of the casing 4. A sound discharge port 5 discharging speaker sound from the speaker 11 disposed in the flat housing 2 of the speaker part A is opened to either of the upper surface m and lower surface n of the casing 4 or to both of the upper surface m and the lower surface n.
