PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for drying a puff, capable of efficiently and quickly drying a washed puff without deforming it. SOLUTION: By connecting a pair of holder part pieces 2a, 2a composed of air-permeable and water-permeable flexible mesh cloth so as to be freely opened and closed, a housing part 3 for the puff 20 for makeup is formed between the holder part pieces 2a, 2a. The holder part pieces 2a, 2a are provided with fasteners 10a, 10a for fixing both holder part pieces in a closed state and a suspension means 11 for suspending the holder from the pinch 21 of a hanger. Further, partially joined parts 7 joined with each other are formed at positions near a bottom side 4 on both sides 5, 5 and a pocket part 3a is formed at the lower end of the housing part 3.
