Provided is a synchronous rectifying type switching regulator control circuit capable of performing stable power supply even when a difference between input and output voltages is small during soft start at the time of turning on a power source. During the soft start at the time of turning on the power source, switching operation is performed after energy is surely held in a coil by providing a pulse outputted to a synchronous rectifying circuit with duty limit.
