Electronic computing system - on demand and method for dynamic access to digital resources, said system comprising means of hardware, software, data storage and management, measurement and control of information flow, in order to make available, on demand and in a centralized way, to different users individually registered into the system and previously authorized in their respective access levels, to resources of electronic processing, data acquisition, data storage, data transmission and/or distribution, information, communication and entertainment. The system also comprises: resource control and distribution means (30), operatively connectable to access terminals (10) for identifying signals received from each authorized user, terms of payment agreed and also the resources to be made available to users according to instructions received from access terminals (10) and dynamic integrated self-provisioning means (60), connected to electronic organization means (40), upon insertion and alteration of user identification and of his/her contract. |
