The rectangular plastics plate has 16 round pins and 6 semi-circular arcs set at different distances from the centre whilst guide rails are provided on the underneath. The semi circular arcs are used for loop belts with wire reinforcement at the edges to directly produce rounded edges without expensive finishing work. The distance of a pin from the centre is always the same to the left and right.
