<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a suction grill provided with a front panel from being jumped up simultaneously with being drawn to a front frame by a driving gear for opening and closing motion, in the closing motion of the front panel, in a case of an indoor unit of an air conditioner where the front panel is opened and closed by an opening and closing mechanism constituted by combining a motor and a rotary gear. <P>SOLUTION: A contact rib is mounted on the front frame oppositely to a circular arc-shaped fixing rib for fixing an opening and closing shaft of the suction grill with the front panel, and further a receiving rib is mounted on the front frame oppositely to the contact rib in a state of pressing the opening and closing shaft mounted on the suction grill, whereby the suction grill can be prevented from being jumped up even when it is drawn to the front frame by the opening and closing mechanism constituted by combining the motor and the rotary gear, in the closing motion of the front panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
