<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a face and acquire biometric authentication information. <P>SOLUTION: When a user presses a photographing SW, a camera 12 takes a face photograph. Almost as soon as the camera 12 takes the face photograph, a BM data acquisition device 14 acquires BM data. Personal information and password information are then input through an input device 15. The face image data, BM data, personal information and password information are associated and stored in a storage part 17.
