<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pupil's light reaction measuring instrument for evaluating relax feeling easily and used by a general healthy subject and objectively, highly precisely and easily evaluating the degrees of the stress and relax. <P>SOLUTION: This pupil's light reaction measuring instrument 10 for evaluating the relax feeling is used when tracking the pupil's light reaction and evaluating the relax feeling. The instrument is provided with a three-dimensional mask part 11 worn on the face covering the part of the eyes; a pupil imaging means 12 and a light stimulating means 13 disposed oppositely to the eyeball of, at least, one eye in the inner side of the three-dimensional mask part 11; a control analysis means 14 connected to the pupil imaging means 12 and the light stimulating means 13, controlling them, recording images transmitted from the pupil imaging means 12, and computing and analyzing the miosis and the mydriasis of the pupil based on the taken images.
