<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the pressure of a cooling liquid inside a fuel cell to a permissible value or less and secure sealability of the cooling liquid passage. <P>SOLUTION: In order that the flow rate of the cooling liquid circulating in the fuel cell 1 may become: an upper limit flow rate of the cooling liquid calculated by a three way valve upper-limit flow-rate operation means 11 based on the target opening degree of the three way valve 5 obtained by a three way valve control means 10; or a target flow rate formed by a cooling liquid target flow-rate formation means 9, the number of revolutions of a pump 2 is set by a cooling liquid flow-rate control means 12, and the pressure of the cooling liquid flowing in the fuel cell 1 is controlled to be a permissible pressure or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
