<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a more impactful three-dimensional image in which three-dimensional images of different heights are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: Development parts 44H1, 44H2, 44H3 of three-dimensional image forming sections 4H1, 4H2, 4H3 are filled with expandable toners H1, H2, H3 having mutually different expansion rates. Expandable toner images developed with the respective expandable toners H1, H2, H3 in the development parts 44H1, 44H2, 44H3 are transferred to an intermediate transfer belt 45 and then transferred from the intermediate transfer belt 45 to recording paper 48.
