<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device using a moisture absorber equipped with holes. <P>SOLUTION: This concerns with the organic electroluminescent display device which prevents the occurrence of air bubbles at the time of adhesion of the moisture absorber by means of forming holes in the moisture absorber, and is provided with a light emitting element 110 formed on an insulated substrate 100, the upper substrate 120 to seal this light emitting element 110, whereas the upper substrate 120 is provided with a moisture absorber 130 in a moisture treatment part, and the moisture absorber 130 supplies an organic electroluminescent unit that includes at least one hole 135 penetrating through this moisture absorber 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
