PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption, a weight and a dimension while keeping high cooling performance and to achieve comfortable usability. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 18 comprising a coil 22 used as a cooling medium passage, and an air blower 30 are stored in a main body case 12 of this comfortable wind device 10, and an aqueous solution of a complex mainly composed of food additives including fumaric acid and potassium chloride is used as the cooling medium. The air taken in from the external by the air blower 30 exchanges the heat with the cooling medium of high heat exchange rate flowing in the coil 22, when the air is passed through a clearance of the coil 22 and a fin 28 of the heat exchanger 18, whereby a temperature of the air is lowered. The cooled air is sent out to the external through a blowout port 14 of the case 12.
