PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine catalyst composition used in the production of a polyurethane resin to reduce aldehydes in polyurethane resin articles such as furniture, cushioning materials (e.g. automotive seat), and insulating materials for houses, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a method for producing a polyurethane resin by using the same. SOLUTION: A polyol is reacted with a polyisocyanate in the presence of the catalyst composition used in the production of a polyurethane resin and containing a tertiary amine compound, a complex metal hydride, and a solvent.
