PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for peeling an adhesive type optical film from a substrate on which the adhesive type optical film is adhered readily and without damaging the substrate. SOLUTION: In a method for peeling an adhesive type optical film from a substrate with an optical film on the substrate surface of which the adhesive type optical film is adhered, this is a peeling method for adhesive type optical film to peel in a condition where liquid exists in a peeling interface between the adhesive agent layer of the adhesive type optical film and the substrate.
