PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend a wiring state, using a simple method in order to effectively carry out a wiring work with respect to a wiring network laid under a surface floor. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a wiring state specifying means 40A, which locates the position of a transponder 20 being under the surface floor 3, by using a response signal which is received by a main transponder 10 and including identifying information for identifying the transponder 20, and which specifies the wiring state of the wiring network 5 from the located position of the transponder 20; and a display means 40B, which displays the wiring state of the wiring network 5 being specified.
