PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel showing high uniformity, high brightness and high sharpness on an activator in a phosphor, and a manufacturing method of the radiological image conversion panel. SOLUTION: This radiological image conversion panel having a stimulable phosphor layer on a support has a characteristic wherein at least one stimulable phosphor layer is formed by a vapor-phase method (namely, a vapor-phase deposition method) so as to have the film thickness of 50μm - 1 mm, the support is constituted of a thermoplastic resin, and a carbon fiber is mixed in the thermoplastic resin.
