PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a conventionally commonly arranged air conditioning apparatus space, and to reduce a temperature difference in a building interior. SOLUTION: In the building, the pipe 1 for liquid circulation is provided at equal intervals in a whole space under the floor of each story, and it is composed such that cold water is circulated by a pump during the summer season, and hot water during the winter season. By this, since the air conditioning apparatus space commonly arranged in a living room or the like becomes unnecessary, the air conditioning apparatus space can be used effectively, and the temperature difference in the building interior can be reduced.
