PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge capable of surely enhancing functions at click stopping time of an opening and closing member and easily rotating the opening and closing member. SOLUTION: The hinge comprises a fixed bracket 1 fixed on a device body; a torque control means 4 with a click function having a rotary shaft 2 rotatably supported on the fixed bracket 1 and fixed on the opening and closing member, a fixed side control member 4a fixed on the fixed bracket 1 and rotatably being inserted by the rotary shaft 2, and a rotary side control member 4b rotating together with the rotary shaft 2 and being movable to an axial direction; and an elastic means 5 urging the rotary side control member 4a to a direction of the fixed side control member 4a. A click dented section 4a-3 or a click projected section 4b-2 is formed on the fixed side control member 4a, and a click projected section 4a-3 or a click dented section 4b-2 being respectively detachable with the click dented section 4b-2 or the click projected section 4a-3 is formed on the rotary side control member 4b. When these dented and projected sections are connected with each other, Magnetism attracting the rotary side control member 4b and the fixed side control member 4a by magnetic force is given to both of the members.
