PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device, preventing the generation of large shock load in a nut and a ball, and rotating a screw shaft or the nut at high speed without excessive shock load generated in the ball. SOLUTION: A nut side ball screw groove 14 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the nut 13 is cut in the axial direction of the nut 13 by a ball deflection member built-in recessed part 20. A chamfered part 21 having a radius of curvature of 0.05 or more to the diameter of the ball is formed on the cut part of the nut side ball screw groove 14.
