PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of a passing-through rate of fluid due to clogging of a filter, and to stabilize the passing-through rate over a long period. SOLUTION: This removal apparatus of impurities passes a fluid through the filter 6 disposed in a vessel 1 to remove fine particles suspended in the fluid. The vessel 1 is divided into an inlet chamber R1 and an outlet chamber R2 by the filter. The inlet chamber R1 is provided with a flow-in nozzle 2 for letting the fluid flow in, and pouring nozzles 4, 5 for pouring fluid not containing fine particles with a particle size larger than a hole diameter of the filter 6 are disposed in the direction roughly same as that of the nozzle 2. The outlet chamber R2 is provided with a flow-out nozzle 3 for letting filtrate flow out.
