PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the whitening of cooked rice occurring when moisture condensation drops on cooked rice by removing moisture condensation adhered to an internal lid, reducing the fouling of an upper frame by eliminating the dripping to the upper frame, and also, eliminating moisture condensation occurring on the internal lid at the time of hot-keeping in a rice cooker for which the internal lid is attached to a lid body for covering the upper opening of a pot. SOLUTION: The pot 2 is heated by a pot heating means 4, and the internal lid 8 is attached to the lid body 5 which covers the upper opening of the pot 2.
