PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dust generation characteristic wiper for which the spun lace of lyocell fibers is original fabric and fiber falling from a cut surface is suppressed to a low level at the time of cutting the original fabric into a prescribed size while taking usability of the fabric into consideration. SOLUTION: For the low dust generation characteristic wiper, spun lace nonwoven fabric obtained by hydroentangling the lyocell fibers is used as the original fabric, the original fabric is cut into the prescribed size by shear cutting or score cutting, and the cut original fabric is turned to a wiper product by being folded or without being folded.
