PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device increased in strength (shock resistance). SOLUTION: In order to attach a permanent magnet 102 to a lens holder 112 holding a lens 113, the solid-state image pickup device is provided with a 1st connecting part where the permanent magnet 102 is fixed on a 1st mounting face 11 of a magnet holder 115, and a 2nd connecting part where a ring member 121 engaged inside the ring-form permanent magnet 102 is fixed on a 2nd mounting face 12 to connect the permanent magnet 102 to the magnet holder 115. The permanent magnet 102 can be fixed to the magnet holder 115 without taking a space for splicing by supporting the ring member 121 by fixing the fixing member 121 engaged inside the ring-form permanent magnet 102 onto the 2nd mounting face 12.
