<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting of a hose for pipe arrangement, intended for cost reduction and having good production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An insert part is constituted by a connection part having a screw part which has male screws in its base part and outer periphery and a though hole provided in a center part in the axial direction; and a nipple main body having a nipple part and an assembling part which is inserted through the through hole to be assembled integrally with the connection part. A locking part locked on a tip end face of the screw part is protruded on a tip end of the assembling part. The connection part and the nipple main body can be assembled integrally by fitting a retaining ring, together with a bottom part of a sleeve, into an annular groove provided in the nipple part or locking the bottom part of the sleeve onto an annular protrusion provided in the nipple part. Such assembling can be performed using the locking part which is a flange-like locking part, a folded locking part or a horn-like locking part, or is a flange-like locking part fitted into a circular concave part formed on the tip end face of the screw part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
