<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address various needs, such as account title balance keeping, preferred/subordinated dividend designation and account title name rewording. <P>SOLUTION: A host computer 1 displays various input screens on the screen of a user terminal 3, and stores obtained information on balance keeping, profit appropriations and preferred/subordinated dividends in a form/account DB 2. A profit appropriation calculation part 16 calculates a grant for every agreement according to the profit appropriation setting information and keeping collection information obtained by a keeping support/collection part 13. After the calculation, if reference to the balance keeping and preferred/subordinated dividend information finds an unsatisfied account title, an alarm is displayed on the user terminal 3.
