<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize shortening of a tact time in a component mounting device in which a plurality of suction nozzles are mounted on a mount head to revolve on its main axis, the suction nozzles are moved to a position to be actuated by an actuator provided at a predetermined position in a revolution direction, and the suction nozzles are reciprocated by the actuator to suck and/or mount a component. <P>SOLUTION: Disks 77 are rotatably mounted at upper ends of twelve suction nozzles 18 provided at the periphery of a tool head 17 along its circumferential direction. An actuator for pushing the suction nozzles 18 includes a vertically-movable motor 65, a vertically-movable plate 69, a rocking lever 71, and a pushing roller 73. The pushing roller 73 pushes the upper end of the disk 77. A time overlap is set between the revolving-direction movement of the suction nozzle 18 and the stroke of the suction nozzle 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
