PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment monitoring system wherein a communication function attached information collection apparatus can surely carry out communication with a comparatively small wireless communication output by properly wirelessly relaying information from the communication function attached information collection apparatus to a wireless master station. SOLUTION: A site facility includes a plurality of communication function attached sensors 2 for collecting information of monitoring object apparatuses and a site monitoring apparatus 3 including a communication means with the communication function attached sensors 2 and applying processing to information collected by the communication function attached sensors 2. The site monitoring apparatus 3 transmits the information collected by the communication function attached sensors 2 to a network 5 to which a data collecting apparatus 6 is connected via a wireless master station 4.
