PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooling efficiency of a kneading material such as a rubber or the like to shorten a kneading time. SOLUTION: This kneading rotor has a rotary shaft 51(71) and the rotor main body 52(72) provided to the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 51(71). The rotor main body 52(72) is equipped with an inside member 53(73) which has wing parts 55(75) formed on its outer surface and has grooves 56(76) formed at least to the regions where wing parts 55(75) are formed of the outer surface, and an outside member 54(74) for covering the outer surface so as to follow the outer surface of the inside member 53(73).
