PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device having a simple refrigerant circuit as compared with a conventional refrigerant reheat type one, requiring no installation space, and superior in terms of cost, a load on a fan motor caused by a wind channel pressure loss, and power consumption. SOLUTION: An integrated cooling device A for cooling an inside of a housing box casing with equipment including a heating element throughout the year is provided with integrally housed component parts such as a compressor 1, an evaporation side heat exchanger 4, a condensation side heat exchanger 2, blowers 5, 6. The cooling device is further provided with a suction air duct switching damper 11 provided on an air duct primary side of the condensation side heat exchanger 2 for switching a suction port of air between an indoor side and an outdoor side, and a blowing air duct switching damper 12 provided on an air duct secondary side of the condensation side heat exchanger 2 for switching an exhaust port of the air between the outdoor side and the indoor side.
