PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like body containing a conductive high polymer causing no buckling even when it is used for a film body and for the purpose of pushing, and generating uniform tension when used for traction while generating a pushing force when used for pushing, since it can uniformly expand and contract even when a plurality of the film bodies are laminated to form a laminate. SOLUTION: A conductive high polymer film and a base material capable of carrying a current are compounded to form this conductive high polymer composite structural body.
