PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music reproducing apparatus capable of properly altering output contents of inter-music information at a desire. SOLUTION: The music reproducing apparatus includes an inter-music information audio setting means 66 of setting whether audio output is present as to inter-music information comprising video and audio which are outputted between pieces of music when no karaoke musical performance is carried out, so a karaoke apparatus 10 is obtained which can properly alter output contents of the inter-music information at a desire, for example, mutes the audio of the inter-music information according to an atmosphere of a desired place or reproducing the audio to effectively give notice of the contents of the inter-music information.
