PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional locating sensor of simple structure which can adjust tilt angles and rotation angles to easily locate a measuring object. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional locating sensor contains both a 1st rotating disc 24a and a 2nd rotating disc 24b independently-rotatable on a fixed shaft 22, a camera 32 formed within the fixed shaft centrally-located on the 2nd rotating disc, a mirror section 31 supported by a mirror supporting member securely-installed on the 1st rotating disc to be formed upwards the camera, one or more light sources 33a, 33b supported by a light source supporting member securely-installed on the 1st rotating disc to be formed between the mirror section and the 2nd rotating disc, a mark section 34 supported by a mark supporting member formed on the 2nd rotating disc to be formed between the mirror section and the 2nd rotating disc, and a gear section 27 formed on the periphery of the 2nd rotating disc to change tilt angle of the mirror section.
