PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize structure capable of securing measurement precision for revolution speeds of rolling elements 9a, 9b to find accurately a load applied between an outer ring 1 and a hub 2, even when the center axis of the outer ring 1 gets inconsistent with the center axis of the hub 2 by a moment load or the like. SOLUTION: Detecting faces of a pair of revolution speed detecting sensors 23a, 23b provided in a sensor unit 21 are opposed to detected faces of revolution speed detecting encoders 25a, 25b assembled to a pair of holders 24a, 24b for holding the respective rolling elements 9a, 9b. The load is found based on fluctuations of the revolution speeds of the rolling elements 9a, 9b. A distance between the detecting face and the detected face is restrained from being fluctuated even when the both center axes gets inconsistent each other, by arranging the sensor unit 21 horizontal-directionally. Resultingly, levels of output signals from the respective revolution speed detecting sensors 23a, 23b are restrained from being fluctuated, so as to solve the problem hereinbefore.
