PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot for a constant velocity joint which has excellent sealing property to a partner member. SOLUTION: In a boot for a constant velocity joint having a small diameter cylinder part held by a shaft, a large diameter cylinder part arranged coaxially apart from the small diameter cylinder part and having a diameter larger than the small diameter cylinder part, a bellows part which connects the large diameter cylinder part integrally with the small diameter cylinder part, a small diameter seal rib provided on a face in contact with the shaft of the small diameter cylinder part, and a large diameter seal rib part provided in the circumferential direction on a face in contact with the partner member of the large diameter cylinder part, the bellows part is provided with a plurality of valley and mountain parts including, in this order from the large diameter cylinder part side, a first valley part, a first mountain part, a second valley part, a second mountain part and the subsequent parts, and a straight part which extends from the large diameter cylinder part and a folded part which leads to the first valley part are provided between the first valley part and the large diameter cylinder part.
