PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring facility capable of attaining labor-saving and power-saving for mooring work. SOLUTION: The mooring facility is equipped with a hawser drum 11 winding or rewinding a mooring cable R, a motor 12 of the hawser drum 11, and a brake device 13. A drum shaft of the hawser drum 11 is installed on a deck toward the longitudinal direction of a body of a vessel, and a universal chock 2 is provided in the lateral position of the hawser drum 11 on a side plate of both right/left board of a deck. The mooring cable R is wound to the hawser drum 11 so as to be lower winding for the hawser drum 11 when the mooring cable R is disposed on one board used very often. Since one motor 12 is attached to one hawser drum 11, the winding or rewinding and spreading of the mooring cable can be performed by combining normal/reverse rotation with a rotation control device and braking with a brake operation device without interrupting by a clutch, and labor-saving and power-saving can be realized.
