PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube voltage/tube current control method of an X-ray inspection device finding a physically optimum X-ray condition even for an unknown substance to be inspected depending on a transmission data thereof. SOLUTION: Transmissivity of an intended observation part of the substance is measured from the transmission data of the substance obtained at an X-ray detector 3, and the tube voltage of an X-ray control part 6 is controlled so that the measured transmissivity comes to a prescribed value.
