<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food heating container which can suppress over-drying more than a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: This food heating container is constituted in such a manner that a container section 2 for housing a food 1, an internal lid 3 and an external lid 4 are provided, the food 1 is housed in a space between the container section 2 and the internal lid 3, and the food housing space between the container section 2 and the internal lid 3 is shut off from a outside heating space by the external lid 4. By the food heating container, when heating is performed from the outside heating space, moisture is evaporated from the food, and when the evaporation is continued to a certain degree, the steam in the food housing space between the container section and the internal lid becomes an approximately saturated state. In this case, even if the saturated steam leaks out more or less from the food housing space, since the external lid is provided, the flowing out of the steam to the outside of the container can be suppressed, and the excessive evaporation of moisture from the food can be eased as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
