<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food enabling efficiently absorbing CoQ<SB>10</SB>from the oral mucous membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The food 5 formulated with CoQ<SB>10</SB>is obtained by forming CoQ<SB>10</SB>containing-agar capsules 3 through including in agar capsule films 2 CoQ<SB>10</SB>containing oil liquid 1 obtained by dissolving CoQ<SB>10</SB>in a medium chain triglyceride, adding CoQ<SB>10</SB>containing agar capsules 3 to a food 4 formulated with placenta essence, heat-sterilizing the food, and cooling followed by homogeneously mixing. Since the food 5 formulated with the placenta essence attaches to the oral mucous membrane by its viscosity, the food makes the CoQ<SB>10</SB>containing-agar capsules 3 together stay for a long time in the mouth, and in this condition, the CoQ<SB>10</SB>-containing oil liquid 1 in the CoQ<SB>10</SB>containing-agar capsules 3 is emitted by chewing or crushing by the tongue so as to attache CoQ<SB>10</SB>together with the medium chain triglyceride to the oral mucous membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
