PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make other portable electronic device, having no remaining battery capacity operatable under an environment provided with no dedicated charger, when any one of a plurality of portable electronic devices has a sufficient remaining battery capacity.

SOLUTION: A residual capacity detecting section 14 detects the remaining capacity of a battery 13. When approach of other portable electronic device 2 is detected via an information transmitting coil 21, a control section 10 detects the remaining battery capacity of that portable electronic device 2. Based on the remaining capacity of the battery 13 and the remaining battery capacity of other portable electronic device 2, the control section 10 controls a switch 21 and a power amplifier 12 to deliver a power discharged from the battery 13 to other portable electronic device 2 via a power coil 11 or charges the battery 13 with a power fed from other portable electronic device 2 via the power coil 11.
