<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer resin film which is formed from at least two resin layers different in melt viscosity, contains at least one kind of a resin containing a colored component, and reduces the unevenness of the surface, a resin-coated metal plate in which the multi-layer resin film is laminated on a metal plate, and methods for producing them. <P>SOLUTION: The temperatures of extruders 6a and 6b, manifolds 2a and 2b, and a multi-manifold die 1 are controlled. The temperature of a part through which a resin of lower melt viscosity passes is kept at a temperature higher than the temperature of a part through which a resin of lower melt viscosity passes. After the difference in melt viscosity of adjacent resin layers is made to be 3,000 P or below at a shearing velocity of 20-500 s<SP>-1</SP>, the melt tension (Tm) of the resin containing the colored component is made to be 0.5 g≤Tm<1.0 g, and the thickness is made to be at least 1/2 of the total thickness, or Tm≥1.0 g, and the thickness is made at least 1/3 of the total thickness. Each molten resin is laminated to make the multi-layer film. Alternatively, the melt tension of a resin not containing the colored component is made to be at least 1 g, and the thickness is made to be at least 1/3 of the total thickness, and each molten resin is laminated to make the multi-layer film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
