PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device and its manufacturing method for achieving electrical stability between a contactor and a base composing the connecting device and achieving reduction in production cost and ease in assembly. SOLUTION: The connecting device has a plurality of bump parts 22 extending from an mounting face to an opposed face of a contactor 23 and insulating layers 21 filled between each bump part 22 to form a base 11 and mount the contactor 23 onto the bump parts 22. Therefore, the contactor 23 can be mounted on the surface of the base 11, so that excellent electrical stability between the contractor 23 and the base 11 can be achieved.
