PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building of a framework structure, which is improved in heat insulation properties on the periphery of framework forming members, to thereby contribute to energy saving efficiency and amenity. SOLUTION: The building has a framework J constructed of framework members 2 including a sill 1, columns 2, and beams 4, and heat insulation walls 10 mounted on the framework J. Each heat insulation wall 10 has a face plate 11 and a heat insulation layer 14 arranged on one side of the face plate, and it is mounted on the framework J by arranging an end portion of the face plate 11 on a peripheral surface of each framework forming member 2. Further the framework forming member 2 has a heat insulation member 20 arranged on the peripheral surface thereof, for covering a gap between the heat insulation walls 10 adjacent to each other across the framework forming member 2.
