SOLUTION: This work holding hand installing device 14 installs a plurality of work holding hands 12a and 12b having the work holding pad 13 on the tip of an arm 10 of a robot hand. The device has a rotary support device 15 for rotatably supporting the base end of the work holding hands 12a and 12b, and a tilting support device 16 for vertically tiltably supporting the rotary support device 15 to the tip of the arm 10 of the robot hand.
