PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product manufacturing method capable of obtaining a molded product having high heat resistance and high strength and capable of demolding the same without damaging the dimensional precision and appearance quality of the molded product. SOLUTION: After a molten resin based on polylactic acid is injected in a cavity, an annealing process for heating the molten resin for a predetermined time while holding the temperature of the cavity to 90-130°C is performed. Thereafter, a takeout process for lowering the surface temperature of the cavity to the below glass transition temperature of polylactic acid to take out the resin molded product comprising the a polylactic acid resin from the cavity is performed.
