PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ignition caused by a short circuit of a battery and a cooling failure caused by dust accumulation inside a battery pack by enhancing dust-tight properties of an air suction hole and an exhaust hole formed at a case of the battery pack by inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: An air suction hole opening and closing part 26 and an exhaust hole opening and closing part 27 for opening and closing the air suction hole 13 and the exhaust hole 12 formed at the battery pack 1 are formed in a locking member 24 locking the battery pack 1 in a battery tool 15, and a pressing means 25 pressing the locking member 24 in the direction in which the air suction hole opening and closing part 26 always closes the air suction hole 13 and the exhaust hole opening and closing part 27 always closes the exhaust hole 12 is installed.
