PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve creep prevention/replaceability of a cleaning blade. SOLUTION: The elastic cleaning blades are brought into contact with both side plates of a replaceable ITB unit via levers and pressing means so as to have predetermined set angles/amounts of entry to the ITB. At the time of shipping, etc., pressing force is weakened with a lever or the like, thereby releasing the contact pressure of the blade and preventing cleaning failure caused by creep.
