PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer type mattress, spread pad or bed pad excellent in performances such as warmth and comfortableness in a washable structure. SOLUTION: The mattress, the spread pad or the bed pad is provided with surface cloth, a feather or down layer, inner cloth, an inner cotton layer and back cloth in the order, its planar shape is roughly rectangular and the outer peripheral part is integrated. The multilayer type mattress, spread pad or bed pad is provided with vertical sewing lines and/or horizontal sewing lines sewn through the front cloth, the feather or down layer, the inner cloth, the inner cotton layer and the back cloth, an interval between the vertical sewing lines is 10-55 cm and the interval between the horizontal sewing lines is 10-110 cm.
