PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellphone with a multifunction key switch device in which an erroneous operation of turning on a switch different from a target switch hardly occurs, thereby improving certainty of the operation. SOLUTION: This multifunction key switch device 53E has a housing 161 receiving a knob member 160, first and second twisted helical spring-shaped contacts 162 and 163, twisted helical springs for return 164 and 165, and a dome-shaped movable contact member 166, and the housing 161 is covered with an arc surface-shaped cover 167. A knob portion 160a is manipulated with a fingertip while contacting to it, and thus the knob is slid in an arc along the curved surface of the cover 167 in Y1 direction and Y2 direction.
