PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating member which has good workability and high heating effect. SOLUTION: The heating member comprises heating layers that a conductive material is dispersed in an organic polymer material and through-holes are formed so as to penetrate in its thickness direction, a protection layer for surrounding the periphery of the heating layers, and electrodes for supplying power to the heating layers.
