PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safety working performance compatible with JIS standard for a compressed gas cylinder without a risk of environmental pollution, and to completely seal a gas venting passage at a temperature lower than a working temperature. SOLUTION: The gas venting passage (13) for communicating an inner portion area (4a) of the compressed gas cylinder (4) with an outer portion area, and a closing body (17) for sealing the gas venting passage (13) so as to be opened freely are provided. At a temperature lower than the preset working temperature, the closing body (17) is retained in a sealing posture by low melting point alloy (16) in a solid phase. When it is raised up to at and more than the preset working temperature, the low melting point alloy (16) is melted and flowed to move the closing body (17) in an open posture, and to open the gas venting passage (13). The low melting point alloy (16) is made of a mixture 100 of pts. wt. made by mixing indium (In) of 32-34% with bismuth (Bi) of 66-68%, and gallium (Ga) of a 0.1-0.4 pts. wt.
